My Client, a forward thinking, constantly evolving and expanding Company in fresh produce, is now looking to recruit a Lead Production Operator - Night Shift, to support the Team Leader / Shift Manager in the operation high speed production lines.
The Role: Senior Production Operator - Night Shift
Work closely with other teams and departments to maximise task efficiency.
Train - coach and monitor the performance and compliance of Production Operatives & Agency Staff.
Champion continuous improvements, including Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
Ensure and maintain quality of product
Implement opportunities for problem solving
Optimise line efficiency
Liaise with engineering
Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Senior Production Operator - Night Shift
Production line experience
Counterbalance FLT licence - must have
Experience of leading a small team
Analytical skills
Hands on approach
Computer literate
Mon - Fri : 10pm - 6am
