We are looking for a part time summariser/coder to join our small and friendly team.
The candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a medical environment and working with EmisWeb. Although, training can be provided. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and accuracy skills as well as having a methodical but flexible approach to your workload. Be able to use your own initiative, with the ability to manage and prioritise and to work within agreed timescales. We offer flexible working hours and pay is depending on experience.
Duties will include:
Scanning documents into patients’ medical records
Coding of medical terminology
Summarising of medical records
Clinical searches
