We are recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of one of our clients.
This will be an ongoing temporary position for two to three months, however it may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be from a manufacturing/factory background and be looking for an ongoing position. You must be self motivated, a good communicator and physically fit to work in this fast paced environment. You will be well organised as you will be cleaning the machines and associated equipment.
Initially you will be working on days, Monday to Friday for training and then move to shift, where you will be paid a shift premium.
A continental shift pattern is in place, so you will work a combination of days and nights over a seven day rota, 12 hour shifts, 4 shifts on and 4 days off.
The company offers excellent terms and conditions as associated with a leading company in its field.
