What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who is also experienced in a Project Management role. The candidate would be responsible for managing contracts anywhere from £500k to £40m+.

The ideal candidate will likely be a MRICS qualified surveyor who has then stepped into a PM role, managing the delivery of projects pre and post contract and who may well be working as the QS at the same time. They’ll have experience in delivering across the entire lifecycle and understand the need to drive a project forward with an excellent ability to solve problems and manage multiple stakeholders.

What key attributes are we looking for?
• A Project Quantity Surveying background, including ideally a degree from a built environment subject
• Multi-sector Project Management experience
• RICS accredited or en route to becoming chartered
• Able to manage multiple schemes at once
• Experienced in managing a project through its entire lifecycle.
• Professional client facing manner with excellent communication and written skills
• An excellent team player who can mentor and help others
