Reed Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Cashier for our client a well-established Legal firm based in East Kent.
The ideal candidate would be looking for part time work (22 hours) and would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:
The duties:
• Posting all client & office receipts for e.g. bank receipts, cheques, cash and credit/debit cards to the accounts system
• Payments to Clients via BACS and cheque as well as reconciliation of all Client account ledgers
• Purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly billing, reconciling and posting of all invoices
• Maintain and create spreadsheets, excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel
If you are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role in the legal sector then please apply!
