I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join this company in a highly consultative and advice driven environment where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them. Sales experience is neccesary within any sector, however insurance experience is highly beneficial



Duties:

· Follow up any email or phone enquiries

· Speaking to customers and advising on the best offers

· Working towards targets and securing sales

· Diary management and prioritising call backs

· Updating customer details on the online system



Skills required:

· True passion for exceptional customer service

· Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly

· Communicative and confident when speaking with clients

· Honest, conscientious and professional

· Sales/ Customer Service experience would be beneficial- although personality will always be the winner!



Benefits:

· 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays

· Expected to earn between £400- £500 monthly in commission

· 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

· £18-21k salary DOE
