We are partnering with our Client to recruit a newly created role for a Compliance Officer who will take ownership for meeting and exceeding required service level standards for background screening for permanent and contract staff. You will be required to achieve operational excellence by effectively co-ordinating the end to end background screening process. You will support high volume candidate applications at all grades across East Kent sites. You will be an integral part of the business teams as a generalist HR practitioner, supporting the business units in everything from recruitment to retention, workforce planning, workforce information and policy advice. A good understanding of Employment law is needed. The role will operate in a fast paced commercial environment and the successful candidate will be process driven and be able to implement a robust candidate compliance process for the business
whilst adhering and reporting to cycle times. Desired skills and experience required will be strong admin skills, interest and knowledge in pre-employment screening, accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experienced in process improvement, stakeholder management, corporate experience and experienced in compliance standards.
