About the role

The position is for a Customer Service Supervisor role within Vital Parts Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a customer service team, aiming to delight our customers. Working within the growing Sales Team you will be a key figure helping to ensure that this fledgling company continues to excel in service delivery during our ambitious growth projections into the future.

The right candidate will be conscientious, take pride in their performance and the development of their team and have high initiative in problem solving. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will create the right culture and foundations to scale quickly.

Duties will include

Answering incoming calls from existing customers
Dealing with over the phone customers to provide information of all the products we sell and assisting with any inquiries they may have
Providing prices and quotes for probable orders
Dealing with incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
Being part of a fast-paced and energetic sales team
Updating and maintaining your customer accounts on our CRM system
Solving customer queries and problems

What you need

2 / 3 years customer service experience
GCSE in Mathematics and English

Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion about making a difference for customers and improving customer satisfaction
Sales experience and skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers (both internal and external)
Shows pride in supporting and developing team members
PC skills
Ability to build successful working relationships
Project management skills
Shows self-motivation and a positive attitude
Strong team player, working effectively in a team based environment
