A successful business on the out skirts of Rochester is looking to increase their Accountancy team with an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Working closely with the Finance Manager this will be a varied Accountancy role focusing on all aspects of the Finance function.
The ideal candidate will have at least two ears experience working within a fast paced Accountancy Function,ideally within Manufacturing or Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the Accounts Payable process.
* Managing supplier queries and assisting the Finance Manager with cashflow forecasts.
* Preparation of Balance Sheet Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Support the Finance Manager with budgets.
* Work with the Finance Manager to improve processes and efficiency.
* Support with Credit Control & Sales Ledger.
Person Specification:
* Strong knowledge and experience using Excel.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Confident to liaise with key stakeholders.
Salary up to £25K DOE.
