This distinguished Charity based in West Kent seeks to recruit a dedicated Finance Director to take leadership of an effective finance team and report directly to the MD.
As No.1 in finance, reporting to the MD, you will play a critical role in shaping all financial reporting and managing the finance team. You will be a key decision maker and provide wide ranging support to all operational management, acting as a financial sounding board across the group. You will be involved in providing detailed financial support to allow the accounting infrastructure to catch up and match the ever challenging needs that the growth has created.
The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) with recent experience of the charity sector and strong leadership skills.
