Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are looking for a first line support engineer to work on several sites throughout Kent.
The Person
Skills / Experience required for the first line support with enhanced DBS.
* Methodical approach in troubleshooting tickets
* Enhanced DBS is essential
* Experience working with Microsoft programs
* Have a good understanding of Windows Server and Office 365
* Have previous experience in a first line support position.
* Must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
