Partnering with our Client to recruit an in-house Recruitment function responsible for providing an efficient and effective recruitment service for all employees.
As a Talent Administrator, you will be working within the Talent team, organisation skills and attention to detail are a must, combined with the ability to work to changing demands and priorities. The workload is varied; therefore, your ability to prioritise your work as well as working as part of a team is essential

Key responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring compliance for all candidates placed in to work including DBS applications and references
-Maintain candidate compliance database
-Assisting in the resourcing of new candidates
-Uploading vacancies for job advertising and responding to all applications
-Arranging interviews
-Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
-Provide support and address all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
-Supporting the team to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations
-Completing audits and document checks

Applications considered from candidates with:
-Effective organisation and planning skills
-Strong communication abilities
-Understanding of relevant employment legislation to ensure compliance with departmental and safe recruitment processes.
-The ability to use of Microsoft Office tools
-The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-GCSE`s in Maths and English or Equivalent
