Credo Care is celebrating 20 years of providing foster homes for children with disabilities and complex medical needs. Come and join us at our small, friendly office in Lydd and contribute to developing our business and making a difference to the lives of the children we support.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning Director you will be positive in your approach and promote our growth, ensuring we have a known presence in the fostering sector, by developing new initiatives and exploiting opportunities.
Your technical knowledge and ability to multi-task will assist you in working collaboratively to ensure efficient functionality of our ICT systems whilst overseeing all on-line and off-line marketing activity.
Duties will include:
· Management and development of our in-house Content Management System
· Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, setting up new users' accounts and profiles
· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
· Providing staff with ICT support and work with them to improve and streamline work processes and data flow using office IT and telephone systems
· Supporting and developing communications to include publishing/producing newsletters and other marketing materials
· Maintenance and development of company website and social media platforms for use with digital advertising campaigns
· Development of digital content for training and recruitment activities
You will have
§ At least 5 GCSE A to C grades or equivalent (to include Maths and English)
§ Strong Microsoft Office skills, ideally a MCSA qualification or other professional IT qualification
§ Familiarity with staff intranet/CMS
§ Competency in the use of design software, eg Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign
§ Worked with digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords
§ An ability to work to deadlines
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
