Are you an experienced Finance Manager seeking a new opportunity? Would you like to join a successful manufacturing business based in the heart of Medway and join an existing team in a role that oversees end to end accounting practices?

This newly created role will see the successful person drive the Continuous Improvement of existing practices and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Supporting all areas of the business with financial planning and analysis, monthly and year end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and managing a number of project orientated tasks.

You will be an experienced person manager as the role will require you to manage a small team on a daily basis and develop skills and performance levels accordingly.

Some key tasks will include supporting the process of Month End prep to TB, control Statutory Audit Process and supervise and manage the forecasting and cashflow process and ensure the departments runs smoothly.

To be successful in application you will ideally be fully qualified with either ACA/ACCA or CIMA and have at least 4 years experience in a similar level role with direct report responsibility.

It would be advantageous if you hold a 1st class degree, but essential for you to demonstrate a strong analytical/problem solving background and any experience in a manufacturing setting would be beneficial.

A high level operator with exposure to ERP systems and a high level of Excel proficiency would be required (SAP/MS Dynamics/Oracle etc)
