We're seeking a motivated and inspirational Senior Development Manager in Strategic Land based in our Croydon office on a permanent basis.

About the role:

The Senior Development Manager of Strategic Land will be responsible and accountable for the Development Management and masterplanning of strategic land assets undertaken by Clarion Housing Group, and ensure they meet the commercial objectives defined in the relevant approvals / business plan.

The Senior Development Manager may manage Development Managers or Assistant Development Managers across a number of projects whilst leading on their own projects.Working closely with and reporting to the Development Director and other Development Functions.The Senior Development Manager (Strategic Land) has a primary focus following the completion of options or acquisition of land through to achieving successful planning permission.The role will involve a close working relationship with the Clarion Strategic Land team.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of Strategic Land Masterplanning, infrastructure delivery and development. You'll also have substantial and relevant residential project experience for the seniority of the role.
