Sensitive Specialist Support Agent - Rochester
Salary: up to £25,000
Our client in Rochester are looking for a Sensitive Specialist Support Agent to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to support Vulnerable Customers who require individually solutions due to difficult circumstances.
Roles will include:
* Ensuring vulnerable customers are identified and supported appropriately
* Understanding individual vulnerable customer needs and identify the best solution for their circumstances
* Maintain and adhere to the company's compliance standards
* Liaising with customers via the phone and email to support with queries regarding their circumstance
* Arranging repayment schedules for vulnerable customers - ensuring the best outcome
* Display an awareness of a wide range of support available for
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.
