We are supporting one of our trusted key clients in the recruitment of an experienced HR Assistant that is keen to join a fast paced, growing manufacturing business based in the Medway area.

This role will centre on the support of end to end recruitment campaigns across the business and will offer the successful candidate the chance to be developing systems, working practices and procedures to bring clarity and improved results at all levels of the recruitment process.

We are seeking applications from candidates holding level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and with the passion and drive to deliver the change and organisational structure required to meet the objectives within the HR Recruitment plans.

Strong team ethic will be demonstrated in past employment and carried forward into this newly created role, joining an established team to help shape the delivery of service across the business for the future, through their defined growth plans and beyond.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate your experience in supporting across a range of recruitment needs and be able to offer a wide range of HR Generalist skills to support with other key tasks and objectives across the business and HR function.
