Our client, based in Maidstone, Is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their busy practice in the heart of Maidstone. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters. Experience in the following areas is essential:
-Personal Injury
-Landlord and Tenant
-Contentious Probate
-Contractual Disputes
-Employment
-Civil Litigation

This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment.

The role provides the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate. Successful applicants must have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision.

This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
