The Operational, Analytics and Systems Team play a crucial role in ensuring high quality services are delivered to vulnerable people in Kent. We want our staff to be assisted by the latest technology available and have a full understanding of how to work in the most efficient way and use the technology to their advantage. Our Analytics Team use the data recorded on the Systems to help the Directorate understand if, how and where we can improve.

Central to the team will be this senior administration role which will be provide support and assistance across all our functions. We’re looking for a proactive individual with great interpersonal and organisational skills, who is confident in writing reports, undertaking research and analysis, using MOSAIC and has the ability to balance priorities.
