* Updating policies for new and existing customers
* Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing customers
* Advising customers on policy changes / updates or answering any queries
* Processing quotes using the online quotation system
* Keeping up to date with company products, policies and procedures
* General administration duties
* Previous insurance experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* Knowledge on the insurance / financial services sector desirable
