Contracts Manager - Groundwork's/Frames contractor - Covering Greater London and Kent £competitive

Your new company
A rapidly expanding Groundworker and Frames contractor operating across the Central & Greater London area as well as Kent. Working with the regions largest developers and contractors they take on Groundwork's, Frames and remediation packages of upto £5 million package value. Due to a stronger than anticipated pipeline along with a management restructure they now seek an experienced and ambitious Contracts manager to join the team

Your new role
As contracts manager you will be responsible for 3 - 5 Schemes, You will be involved in all aspects of management from programming and Site set ups through to Health and safety, Recruitment, client liaison and troubleshooting. Reporting direct to the MD

What you'll need to succeed
This is a Senior role working with professional clients on large and often complex packages, As such interested candidates will come from a groundwork or civils background and be comfortable working with tier one contractors/developers and the various processes associated with them. You will also be comfortable working with RC frames.
