We have an exciting opportunity for an External Programmes Coordinator to join the team at Clarion Futures.
This role will be responsible for the claims and compliance of all Clarion Futures Jobs and Training externally funded provision. Supporting the Externally Funded Programmes Manager in overseeing the development of our service offer, you'll work to highlight appropriate externally funded business opportunities that add value to our resident offer. In addition you'll be responsible for line managing both the audit and compliance function as well as the Finance and Claim function of our externally funded provision.
Some of the other main responsibilities include:
* To ensure the audit and compliance function provides quarterly reports that contribute to evidence based approach to continuous improvement across our contracted provision.
* Ensure that the services delivered are appropriate and responsive to current economic trends
* To maintain a strong knowledge of national jobs and training provision.
* Develop expertise on the available funding opportunities and timetable for application.
To be successful in this role you'll need previous experience of developing partnerships in the context of delivering joint projects in the employment and training field. Drawing on your experience in project development and management, you'll already have delivered complex and high target driven projects i.e. ESF & Work Programme. Good negotiation skills, organisational skills and the ability to wok under pressure are also essential for the role.
