We are currently recruiting experienced Truss Operatives for one of our busy clients based near Dover in Kent.
The main duties will be the assembly of roof trusses using both table and multi head presses. Further duties may include the assembly of associated products such as gable ladders and gable/spandrel panels.
Previous experience in the assembly of nail plated roof trusses is essential. The ability to set up a truss assembly jig would be desirable but is not essential. The candidate will be required to demonstrate relevant experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week). Overtime is dependent on workload.
The hourly rate of pay will be between £8.85 - £10.00 dependent on experience.
Please note due to rural location own transport is essential for this position.
