Credit Controller

Summary:

• To manage the credit control aspects of the Thuasne UK subsidiary.

Main Duties:

• Credit control

• Liaise with Customer Services team to resolve queries to ensure invoices have correct information prior to submitting to NHS hospital trusts

• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email to chase overdue debt

• Posting bank and credit card receipts

• Manage Sales Ledger to include reconciling sales accounts

• Process and enter customer orders if required

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ credit control experience

• Accounting experience in medical industry would be advantageous

• Excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels

• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel & Office and happy to adapt to new system
