Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency and respect for the environment.

Eurotunnel is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join its Mechanical & Electrical department. Working at our Terminal in Folkestone, the Senior Technician supports the Group Leader in the management of assets and a team of technicians employed to assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment /systems of Eurotunnel infrastructure and terminal buildings, optimising the availability of M&E systems.
You must have an electrical qualification, ideally to HND/HNC or equivalent with 2 years work experience in a mechanical and electrical environment. A lower qualification may be considered with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
