Your new role
Your new role as the commercial manager will see you deliver, manage, and oversee a project handover for one of the leading service providers in the Sussex region. At a critical stage in the contract you will work to ensure contract negotiations are closed on one new residential development and ensure contract deliverable's are met and transferred in a smooth transition.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need strong commercial acumen, and ideally come from an FM background due to the transition of the role. You will be managing contractual obligations and ensuring all statutory compliance is followed prior to the handover between main contractor and the service provider.

This role will see you oversee budget review meetings working to ensure all business processes and practices are followed in line with the contract, a professional forward-facing individual who can build strong relationships will be key alongside experience working in a TFM contract.
