Broking Technician
An opportunity to join a leading, global Lloyds broker.
There is currently an opportunity for a processing technician to join the Global Energy division within the business.
The successful candidate will provide support in the overall servicing of the client's insurance programme and retention of the business by liaising with Account Executives, brokers and credit control teams.
As a processing technician you will be responsible for processing invoicing of Premiums & Bordereau using broking software and submission to Xchanging via IMR.
Candidate Profile
*This role is suitable for someone with a base of experience in a similar position although candidates are not required to have specific Energy experience.
*You will need to have experience of a form of processing system, premium-handling skills and have worked with Xchanging on market signings; including A-Accounts and A&S submissions
*Applicants should have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
*Candidates should have sufficient London market knowledge and looking to continue to develop a career as a technical processor
*Candidates will be ideally be undertaking CII studies with LM1 and LM2 certificates already achieved.
*Experience in preparation of MRC and MRCE and / or Binding Authority Agreements would be advantageous although not essential.
