An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage our flagship mental health service. Rock House is a 15 bedded unit based in the heart of Gillingham.
Our clients have a variety of mental health conditions and are generally admitted to us from hospital settings. With our support, our clients aim to transition back into the community.
The ideal candidate for this post will already have management experience in a care setting and will be qualified to QCF Level 5 (or equivalent).
You must possess the ability to get the best results for your clients and to get the best out of your colleagues.
Experience of motivating staff and dealing with complex situations are essential as is the ability to effectively engage with external agencies.
