Do you a property quantity surveying, asset management or construction background?
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing company with great potential to develop a knowledge of several aspects of property including construction, finance and sales.
Candidates should have a property background and have a desire to develop a career in construction, finance and asset management. Direct experience within the property sector is desirable but finance less so.
Candidate requirements:
A team player
Be accurate and numerate
Have good IT skills including word, excel and PowerPoint
Some knowledge of sales and marketing would be useful but not essential
Enjoy networking
Willing to go the extra mile.
Hours: 8.30 am to 5:30pm. Central Sevenoaks. Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work.
Salary - commensurate with experience and skills
