PART TIME ROLE!
Due to expansion my client is looking for a RECEPTIONIST for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.
Role Includes:
Answering the telephone in a timely manner, directing calls appropriately
Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
Booking meeting rooms
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
Managing senior members diaries
Monitoring stationery stock
Requirements:
Must be presentable with good communicationSubmit
Must be organised
Trustworthy, reliable and friendly
Customer service focused
Must be able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays
This is a successful dealership and continues to grow and therefore the offers high rewards.
