The Kent Catholic School's Partnership is a multi-academy trust based in Maidstone, Kent and comprises 19 primary academies and 5 secondary academies. We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to manage, maintain and develop the Trust’s CPD Core Offer Training & Development Programme for its teachers, governors and support staff (over 1,500 colleagues in total); and to ensure the efficient and effective administration and operation of all CPD courses and opportunities for the Trust going forward.
We are looking for someone who will drive forward and develop the Trust's training and development programme, if you have great interpersonal skills that will enable you to work with people at all levels within the Trust, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary, together with excellent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly and strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely, then we would like to hear from you!
This role will be accountable to the Director of Finance and HR (CPD Lead) and the key accountabilities will include managing, maintaining and developing the CPD Core Offer Programme together with its administration. The role will involve tasks such as drafting and collating content for the CPD Core Offer Programme brochure (print and online formats to be produced regularly); communicating regularly with academies and their senior leadership teams to ensure awareness of the CPD Core Offer Programme; ensuring all pages within the CPD section of the KCSP website are regularly updated and accurate at all times; sourcing new CPD courses and providers as required and reviewing and collating the learning and professional development requirements of the Trust’s employees (developing the CPD Core Offer); plus, of course, all related administration tasks such as sourcing and booking suitable venues, refreshments and IT provision for CPD courses, together with providing administrative support to course facilitators as required.
The successful candidate will have a clean driving licence and their own transport, as regular travel between our academies will be necessary. This is a full-time role but flexible working hours are available.
