We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer to join a public service organisation on a full time permanent basis.

This role will incorporate your skills of writing, designing and formulating training courses across a variety of e-learning solutions, specific experience in using Captivate (v5 and above) would be an advantage.

The role is working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, based in Maidstone with free parking on site.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a range of experience across a wide subject matter and be able to work with other subject matter experts to build and create engaging and clear content, facilitating the delivery of these courses online and taking feedback and results to measure success.

Subjects will range from software used in the sector, across all departments including specialist packages, through to hardware used by end users and policy and procedures training courses to keep end users up to date.

Working as part of a wider team - you will of course have excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of levels and be an accomplished administrator to update all systems and LMS records as required.

To be considered for this role you will be required to hold a COLF or equivalent level of online learning qualification and have at least two years of experience in producing materials in an online environment.

Please apply today with an up to date CV for consideration.
