I am currently recruiting for a Bilingual (English & Danish) Customer Service Candidate for a company based in Ashford.
The role will include
- Providing professional and pro-active support to customers
- Building effective relationships with customers
- Effectively dealing with customer calls and emails as well as investigating, logging and responding to queries
- Deliver weekly KPIs
- Communicate with internal departments
- Dealing with the Denmark market
The Candidate qualifications / skills
- MUST be bilingual Enlish & Danish
- Be confident and have an excellent telephone manner
- Be educated to GCSE (or equivalent)
- Be confident in Microsoft Packages
This is a full time permanent position
