A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join my client's office based in rural Tunbridge Wells. My client offers support to one the UK’s most prestigious technological companies, and has recently achieved the accolade as the sole provider of this service. They have a proven track record, across their long-established history, and operate in a relaxed, friendly office setting - THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong customer service background with a knowledge of motivating and leading a small team, and who is will and able to immerse themselves within the daily tasks.

• Supervise and manage a small team of Sales and Customer Service Administrators
• Always ensure the team promote the highest standard of customer service
• Managing the schedule of external engineers
• Ensure all customer enquiries, concerns and complaints are handled in a timely manner
• Soft sell of additional service levels to customers
• Implement training and personal development for the team, as well as performance management and sales reporting
• Ensure all administration is undertaken accurately and efficiently, and financial and control processes are followed

Enjoy a fantastic salary, up to £25,000 per annum; parking on site; company parties and celebrations; long term career routes and training!

Due to the location of the office it is essential the candidate can drive.
The office is open Monday to Saturday - Saturday's are shortened hours and rota'd fairly (maximum 1 in every 4 weeks)
