Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:30)



An exciting new opportunity for our busy client in North Kent has a new opening for a Group Sales Support Coordinator to join their team.



This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual looking for a new challenge within a hardworking team of enthusiastic professionals, who offer a caring, supportive and inclusive environment.



Duties include:

* Tracking quotes and opportunities, working together with the external specification team to support sales and development plans
* Making contact with customers/ decision makers to find out key information, making sure a follow up call is scheduled and that a good service is given right through to the order stage
* Proactively following up leads to generate new business opportunities
* Achieving team KPI targets
* Building and maintaining accurate project notes & keeping this information up to date on CRM
* Managing a diary of outgoing project calls, income calls and emails from all old, new and existing customers ensuring an accurate list of anticipated future orders is kept up to date
* Managing the conversion of quote to order by supporting your external sales buddy by building excellent relationships with all projects partners and effectively tracking all challenges, updates and orders



The successful candidate will have/be;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self motivated & adaptable in learning new skills
* Strong MS Office skills
* An enthusiastic, positive & proactive individual who can work well under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* A flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers recurve the best service and internal targeted are achieved
