My client are looking for a warehouse administrator & stock Controller.

Having been established for over 20 years with a turn over in the millions, my client is now looking for an administrator who will work in the warehouse and can control the stock. With circa 25 staff members, they work form a beautiful office and warehouse of 35,000 sq feet.

Purpose
Provide fulfilment excellence for my clients customers and excellent facilities for my client.

Role
The administrator role is an assisting role to the warehouse manager and as such carries the responsibility of support with warehouse management and day-to-day running of operations including full cover in Warehouse Manager’s absence.

Fulfil customer orders

Stock control and inventory management

Monitor stock levels

Provide supplies essential for the business to function

Forecasting and meeting logistics needs

Maintain a safe, legal, and effective operating environment

Goods being processed in a timely manner

Completing and overseeing checking and booking in processes

Other duties as required.

Ideal person:

Experience of working in administration and or stock control capacity preferred

Team player, can also work on own initiative

Focused with a Can Do and willing attitude

Good administration experience

Happy to work to KPI's to get the job done in a proficient manner

Highly organised

Excellent attention for detail

Forward thinking person as my client is growth oriented

Takes pride in work and in self

Remuneration:

Annual basic salary depending on experience, circa 18- 25k,with the opportunity to earn profit related bonus, and good progression opportunity.
