Working within the luxury hospitality market, you will promote and support the activities of the hospitality and accommodation sales teams by developing and co-ordinating marketing activities across all media.
Duties include:
* To update and develop hospitality and accommodation pages of the website and to review promotions
* To keep all third party partners, directories and agency websites up to date with relevant information, imagery, press releases, video and special offers
* To use knowledge and experience of digital marketing( including SEO, analytics, planning and running campaigns for PPC, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms) to contribute to increased sales.
* Working with the sales team and our social media specialist, to be involved in planning and developing regular social media content ideas. To ensure regular review of competitor's social media platforms to check they remain up to date and topical.
* Working in conjunction with the press office, to use creative and accurate writing skills to develop on-going email campaigns, and generate ideas for content marketing.
* Using experience of managing design and print to work with the sales team in generating sales literature and brochures ensuring deadlines are met.
* Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing and the advertising agency, to help plan print and online media campaigns
* To fully support the hospitality/accommodation teams during exhibitions with relevant display panels, social media support, show offers and any required print materials.
* To demonstrate excellent administrative skills ensuring all marketing schedules and budgets are up kept up to date.
It is essential that you have previous experience working either in house or agency side and must have experience in Hospitality, Hotels or Tourism and Leisure related activities.
The person appointed must have strong experience in a Digital Marketing role. You should have a good understanding of basic coding in order to maintain, develop and update hospitality pages on the website. You will also have experience in SEO, analytics and Google Ad campaigns. The ability to write well and generate creative copy for the website together with the confidence to pitch ideas to generate sales is an important part of this role.
