Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager seeking a new step in your career?
We are seeking applications from candidates with over 10 years' experience from an operational FMCG industry sector background to manage the day-to-day facility and maintain the supply route for a key account from this depot.
This role has full budgetary responsibility for the site, all productivity and staffing and the management of relationships with key contacts both internal and external.
The opportunity to join this already successful business has come about due to the long serving incumbent taking retirement and the recruitment campaign will include the opportunity to have a considerable handover period. Immediate start is an option for the right candidate.
Key areas of day to day responsibility will include line management of the team / account management of the key account / BRC management / KPI management and setting / Reporting across all aspects of the site / training and skills development and the responsibility for all Health and Safety across site and facilities.
Candidates will be able to share demonstrable knowledge across a FMCG/BRC environment and hold the indicated level of experience.
Your ability to develop strong relationships will be essential to be successful in the role.
A full driving licence will be required as essential travel will be necessary - this will be recompensed by either a fully expensed vehicle or car allowance. The role will require a Monday to Friday 5:30am - 3:30pm working pattern.
