Accounts Administrator

Leyton, London

£12.00 - £15.00 per hour

Our client, a pharmaceutical consultancy company based in Leyton, London, is currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary - ­­­permanent basis for an hourly rate of £12.00 - £15.00 per hour.

You will be required to work 20 hours per week (they can be flexible as to which days/hours you work).

As the Accounts Administrator, you will…

* Deal with Bookkeeping, Payroll, Process invoices, Payments, Banking and Cash-flow forecasting.
* Dealing with general accounts duties as and when required.

Person Specification:

* Experience in Accounts / Bookkeeping
* Experience with accounting software e.g. Sage, QuickBooks
* Experience with Payroll
* Experience with Invoicing
* Good IT skills (use of Microsoft Office, Gmail, spreadsheets)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a rapidly growing team
* Ability to work under pressure
