Are you an individual who is career driven, focused and looking to further your sales career?
A huge opportunity has arisen to join an established independent online retailer based in Folkestone.
You will already have experience with selling a product or service via the telephone, have superior people skills and be an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for closing sales deals, building on existing customer relationships and contribute in generating new leads and sales for the company.
A large bulk of the telephone calls will be inbound but you will also be required to follow up on sales leads with an element of cold calling and making contact with lapsed clients to re-establish a relationship.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales targets;
* Proficient in completing the sales process, take telephone sales orders and handle customer enquiries and maintain the data base;
* Complete online enquiries and call backs;
* Check all telephone orders;
* Provide accurate product information, attend product presentations and training sessions to keep up to date on product development.
