My client, an established Managed Service Provider, are looking for a First Line Engineer to join the Bexley based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis.
In applying for this role, you will have experience in 2nd line Service Desk Support, ensuring all calls are logged into the system, ensure all calls and tickets are responded to within agreed SLAs, prioritising incidents based.
* Experience in working for a managed service provider as a first line engineer
* Experience in the following:
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Office
* TCP/IP, DNS, DCHP
* Server Virtualisation
* Networking and Routing
* Great Telephone manner
* Logging calls
* Good time management skills
As a First Line Engineer working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000. You will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
