My client, a busy main dealer in Tunbridge Wells, is looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their existing, experienced team. The successful candidate will enjoy a fantastic package including a very strong bonus programme. Structured development, training and progression will also be provided. You will ideally have main dealer experience, although candidates with solid backgrounds from the independent sector will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities -
Ensure all work outlined on the repair order is performed with efficiency and accuracy, and in accordance with dealership standards.
Use initiative to identify any additional safety or service work required. Whilst keeping the Service Team fully informed.
Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately as per company defined procedures and integrated systems.
Keep the workshop area clean and tidy and ensure all tools are maintained in optimum condition.
Follow and adhere to all Health and Safety process and procedure.
Requirements -
Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance
Experience within a main dealer (desirable but not essential)
Full clean driving licence
