My Client, a Manufacturing company with a worldwide reputation for producing a specialist product for over 50 years, is now looking to recruit an experienced and talented Maintenance Manager - Electrical. You will have a heavy engineering background, and ideally be Chartered.

You will be directly responsible for all Electrical Lead/Technicians on site.



The Role: Maintenance Manager - Electrical

Responsible for planning and executing all planned, and unplanned, electrical maintenance

To achieve electrical engineering operational objectives

Meet electrical engineering financial objectives by forecasting electrical engineering requirements

Plan electrical projects, select contractors, establish installation schedules, plan shut-downs

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Plan and prioritise the department's day-to-day activities

Improve achievement rate of PPM program.



Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Maintenance Manager - Electrical

Minimum - HNC. Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering

Professional qualification (CEng) highly desirable.

Senior Authorised person
High voltage switching.

LV distribution systems, MCC equipment etc.

Experience with drives (AC and DC), PLCs and /or DCS systems

Budget Management / Financial Planning

Planning & Organisational skills

Excellent communication and management skills
