Created in 2015 by Daniel Lund Savage, Lund London is an international brand which brings a fresh take on designs for everyday living and striking gifts. Lund London brands are now sold in 25 countries worldwide and our products are retailed at over 180 stores.

You will need to be dynamic, hard-working and enthusiastic, with good computer literacy.

Duties and responsibilities of an Account Administrator will include:
• Supporting the team with administrative duties
• Navigating and accurately using our systems which include Xero, Dear Inventory Control, Capsule.
• Confidence with issuing invoices and raising purchase orders.
• Maintain and accurately update all customer sales related information
• Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders, liaising with the warehouse team to provide accurate information
• Assisting customers with product enquiries, support, and customer service issues

The successful Account Administrator will have the following qualities:
• Administration experience ideally focused around a sales format.
• Flexible and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
• Extreme diligence and attention to detail.
• Commercially aware and thrives in a fast-paced role and a busy office environment
• An excellent multi-tasker, with good organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
• Computer literate
• A real team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in

This is a full time role however reduced hours may be considered for the right applicant.
