Our client based in Dover are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for up to three-months.
Supporting both the manufacturing and sales teams, your duties will include:
* Entering Purchase Ledger invoices into the systems;
* Reconcile supplier statements;
* To check and process credit card returns;
* Providing banking support including cash allocations;
* Preparing the payment runs;
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.
You will be required to have good, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and two years prior experience working as a Purchase Ledger or an Accounts Assistant.
This is a part time vacancy, working 24 hours per week across 3 days.
