With offices on both sides of the Atlantic, Top Villas is one of the world’s leading luxury villa rental specialists. This is an exciting role where you will be the main point of contact for guests who have made a booking through Top Villas with the objective of ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout their booking and stay. If you are a proactive and organised individual, with a passion for the travel industry, this could be your next fantastic opportunity!


Role duties:

- Build solid rapport with guests prior to their stay and go above and beyond to anticipate their needs

- Assist with adhoc guest requests on the lead up to their stay and throughout

- Maximise revenue from travel extras to hit monthly targets

- Minimise negative reviews and increase volume of positive reviews

- Handle all complaints, compensation requests and damage claims

- Liaise with property managers and suppliers regarding pre-arrival requests and complaints during stay

- Continuously improve our internal procedures to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to our guests


What we are looking for:

- Great communication and teamwork

- A high level of organisation and professionalism

- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent attention to detail

- Friendly and confident

- An interest in property and travel
