The Sales Executive for NewMed Ltd will be driving sales to hit individual and team sales targets. This person will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and securing new and existing business. They will work with the sales and marketing team in achieving the sales target through a proactive approach.

Expectations of this position:

The role will be mainly office based but there may be occasional need to travel to clients or events and exhibitions within the UK and abroad. We already have planned overseas trips to Germany and Dubai for 2020 – 2021 that this person will be expected to attend. Our client base are often in the sport and rehabilitation fields, so it would be nice for this candidate to have some interest in health, fitness and rehabilitation, but this is not essential. There is often the need to talk to the public and professional customers, therefore it is essential for this candidate to have a confident, friendly and approachable manner and good communication skills. Sales experience is also very desirable. Reports directly to the Managing Director (Andy Smith)

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering email inquiries and incoming sales calls

• Proactively searching for new customers for our product range through medias such as internet search engines, linked in, Social Medias …

• Calling potential new customers and selling our devices over the phone

• Visiting customers around the UK and demonstrating our devices to them

• Managing loaned devices in the market and following up with customers during their trials

• Keeping on top of our competitors and sharing intelligence with the team

• Travelling for product training, exhibitions and presenting our range from the stand to new customers in a professional manner with good knowledge of the products

• Hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Ensuring product knowledge and keeping up to date with the target market and customers

Sales Executive Benefits

£20,000 - £23,000 per annum dependent on experience

Uncapped commission benefits from hitting sales targets
