We are currently recruiting for a Machine Setter to work in our busy production department. The main function of this role is to set and maintain our special purpose wire forming machinery as well as attend machines in the event of a breakdown. Carrying out random and final inspections of our product is also essential to this role.
We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated individual who is reliable, has excellent time-keeping skills and is able to work on their own as well as part of a team. The individual should have a background in engineering although full training will be provided.
We would also consider a Trainee or Apprentice for this position for an individual with an interest in engineering. Experience or evidence of this interest will be required.
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 7.30 am – 4.15 pm, Friday 7.30 am – 2.45 pm. 40 hours per week.
