Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
Due to team expansion we are looking for you to join our Global Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Manager working 8.30-5.30pm at our European Head Office in Gravesend.
Your role will include:
• Managing a team of 2 accounts receivable/sales ledger clerks working across our business areas in Europe
• Ensuring all customer payments are made on time
• Working with the bank auditors
• Producing timely and accurate accounts receivable reports
• Managing and monitoring credit levels, payment history and credit requests
• Assisting with the monthly bank reconciliations
• Managing and tracking the Accounts Receivable ledger
Skills required:
• University Degree
• Accounts Receivable or Credit Control or sales ledger experience.
• Experience Managing a team
• Excellent problem solver and used to managing large volumes of work
• Demonstrable in changing/improving processes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced role.
