We require a well organised individual with excellent communication, customer care, time management and prioritization skills. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
You will be responsible for taking all recovery details and dispatching suitable drivers. Offering frontline support, allocating jobs and resources to ensure that all tasks are attended by the appropriate recovery agent in the contracted/targeted timescales to comply with the agreed service level agreements and organisational targets.
This vacancy is for a day controller on a rolling shift pattern, although open to look at part time and set hours.
